She was born in Rome on 8 December 1968. She attended catechesis and the oratory of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians in “St. Mary Mazzarello” House in Rome.

After completing classical High School and the first year of university, she began her formative journey in the community of L’Aquila in 1988. She made her first profession in Castel Gandolfo (RM) on 5 August 1992.

She graduated in Literature at the Free University “Mary’s Assumption” in 1995. She taught literature and Latin for some years in the First and Second Level Secondary Schools of “Holy Family” and “St. John Bosco” Institute, where she was also the animator of the oratory and youth groups.

In 1994, she participated in the “Future Format Communication” course organized by the Social Communication Department at the Generalate. In the following years, she collaborated in the Editorial staff of the “Da Mihi Animas” magazine.

In 2000, she participated in the course for managerial staff of the Salesian Schools of Italy. From 2004 to 2018 she was Principal, first in the First Level Secondary School of Rome “St. John Bosco Institute” and then in “Jesus Nazarene” in Rome.

Until 2016 she was in charge of the School at the provincial level, member of the National Board of Directors of the Ciofs School FMA Association, and for a three-year period, National Councilor of Fidae (Italian Federation of Educational Institutes).

Since 2015, she has collaborated in the animation team of the Gr Discernment interprovincial groups for young people aged 18 and over.

Since 2018, she has been Provincial Secretary, Provincial Communication Coordinator, and President of the Supervisory Body of the Schools of the IRO Province.

On 18 October 2021, the Mother General of the FMA Institute, Sr. Chiara Cazzuola, appointed her, with the consent of the General Council, Secretary General of the FMA Institute.

In accepting this office, in addition to expressing gratitude for the trust that has been placed in her, she asks for the help of Mary Help of Christians in order to be able to carry it out with love. She relies on the special intercession of Mother Clelia Genghini, the Institute’s first Secretary General, who used to repeat “Live the present moment and live it in love”
